We Coat Concrete operates an SMS (Short Message Service) communications program to keep our customers informed and connected throughout their project journey. By opting into our SMS program, you authorize We Coat Concrete to send you text messages to the mobile number you provided.

• Free estimate confirmations and follow-ups
• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
• Project start dates, progress updates, and completion notices
• Customer service responses to your inquiries

Message Frequency

The number of text messages you receive from We Coat Concrete will depend on your level of engagement with our services and the stage of your project. Message & Data Rates

Standard text messaging and data rates charged by your wireless carrier may apply to all SMS messages sent to and received from We Coat Concrete. We Coat Concrete is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier related to our SMS communications program. The rates you are charged will depend on your individual wireless plan and carrier policies. We recommend contacting your wireless provider if you have questions about your messaging plan or applicable charges.

STOP / HELP Instructions

You can opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS messages from We Coat Concrete.

Consent Not Required for Purchase

Once you have opted out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from We Coat Concrete. Please allow up to 24 hours for your opt-out request to be fully processed. If you wish to re-enroll in our SMS program at a later date, you may do so by contacting us or opting in again through our website.

Liability Disclaimer

We Coat Concrete makes every effort to ensure timely and accurate delivery of SMS messages to our customers. However, we cannot guarantee the delivery of every message, as SMS transmission depends on factors outside our control, including wireless carrier networks, network availability, and your device.

We Coat Concrete shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or incomplete SMS messages. We are not responsible for any actions taken or not taken based on the content of our text messages if such messages were not received due to technical or carrier-related issues. In the event that you do not receive an expected message from us, we encourage you to contact us directly by phone or email.

Governing Law & Amendments

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of New Jersey.

Amendments: We Coat Concrete reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
